Collection Kits Will Ship Out After Purchase It will have everything you need to return to us. You will have to pay for the return shipping. 

Please use a email address when ordering that you can receive messages from easily. The email on your order is where we will send all of your studio information. Emails from us can end up in your spam folder. 

Kits are checked in 1 time per week. Sat or Sun.. You will receive a Ashes Have Arrived Email once checked in it will include your final shipping date. 

 All Shipping is on Monday OR Friday 

Any unused ash will be returned along with your finished glass work.

REFUNDS.- By making payment for Specialty Ash InFused Glass you are consenting for me to cook your ash into glass and know that it can never be returned to its original ash form. Cancellations, You will be charged for transaction fees lost during your transaction and are subject to a 15$ cancellation fee to cover shipping costs for Kits and supplies ordered for you. You have 30 days for cancellation of order to receive a partial refund. There is no full refund after 30 days you will be charged for collection kit and supplies ordered for you. After 1 year if you have not sent in your ashes there is no cash refund. Your order becomes a store credit and can be used to exchange for a different item or items can be fulfilled without the ash. Can be made into a gift certificate and gifted to another person. SENDING RING FOR SIZING

If you are paying to send your band so you can have it resized NOTICE :ONCE WE SEND THE BAND FOR SIZING THERE IS NO RETURNS NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER. 

it is the customers responsibility to provide me with the ashes to make these custom items if you do not send the ashes I cannot make your work. Your order has no expiration date.

If for any reason your unhappy with your keepsake I guarantee my work “if it's made wrong“. You have 30 days to request a remake of your work that's "Incorrect". If it's made correctly as ordered by you there's a fee and any remakes and shipping costs. No refunds on completed work.

No exchanges for stone colors. 

Jewelry Colors are different in different light.

Every batch of dichroic is unique made from oxide added to the air. It's not controlled. Each will have its own unique look.  Even the oxides left in your ashes can effect the outcome. 

Be sure you pick the color you want. 

IF YOU'RE UNHAPPY WITH THE COLOR YOU PICK SWITCHING COLORS IS NOT FREE.
